30ml Whiskey Thief, 30ml Campari, 30ml sweet vermouth, orange peel, cherry
Take any glass you fancy and chill in the fridge
In a separate mixing glass add 30ml Whiskey Thief, 30ml campari, and 30ml sweet vermouth
Add lots of cubed ice and stir for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into your pre-chilled glass and garnish with orange peel, a cherry or both!
If it’s a super hot day, serve over fresh ice
Top with Champagne or sparkling wine for an elegant finish
