50ml Whiskey Thief, 25ml lemon juice, 25ml simple syrup, orange slice, cherry
Pre-chill a stemmed glass in the fridge or freezer
Take 50ml Whiskey Thief, 15ml of good quality sweet vermouth and add to a mixing glass filled with cubed ice.
Add 3 or 4 dashes of Angostura bitters and stir for 15-20 seconds
Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a red cherry
