50ml Whiskey Thief, 500ml Boiling Water, 4 black tea bags, 20ml Simple Syrup, Mint Garnish
In a large jug add 500ml of boiling water to 3 or 4 black tea bags and allow to steep until cool before discarding tea bags.
In a tall glass add 20ml simple syrup and 25/50ml Whiskey Thief
Add cubed ice
Top with premade and cooled tea
Garnish with mint
This is really easy to scale up and make large bowls, perfect for BBQs and picnics
